Việt Nam and Morocco signed several memoranda of understanding (MoUs) on environmental, trade and industrial co-operation in Rabat on Thursday during an official visit to the African nation by Chairwoman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân.
